My coaching style is rooted in collaboration, community, and education. My goal is to create meaningful connections with my clients and work together to set goals, improve movement, reduce pain in the body, and live life feeling good.

When I started coaching, I immediately fell in love. I get to share my passion for fitness through fun, unique programs that make people feel good in their body. I get to be a part of people's journey and be there to celebrate wins, no matter big or small. I get to educate and guide people on how to build healthy habits, change behaviors, and take care of their bodies to achieve long term health. But most importantly, I get to build a connection with my client. Each week I get to listen to the life updates, the big projects at work, things they are excited for, things that scare them, and everything in between. I love what I do because of the people, being in the gym is just a bonus.

For the past 8 years, I have worked with young athletes, adults getting back into fitness, seniors looking to stay active, and individuals with chronic illnesses trying to take control of their health. I am a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with additional certifications in Holistic Nutrition and Functional Fitness. Wherever you are starting, I will meet you there. I offer in-person, online, hybrid, or video recorded training and nutrition programs to make sure your program fits your lifestyle best. My goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to achieve your goals and feel supported every step of the way.

My coaching style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and education. I work side-by-side with each client to set meaningful goals, reduce pain, improve movement, and build a genuine love for their fitness and wellness journey.

My passion for movement started early. I grew up as a competitive gymnast, where I fell in love with learning new skills, mastering how the body works, and being part of a supportive team. I began coaching as a gymnastics instructor, and that’s where I discovered how much I enjoyed sharing my passion, helping others grow, and designing fun, creative programs that make people excited to move. Becoming a personal trainer was a dream for me because I love building real relationships with my clients and getting to witness their progress. (Being in the gym all day is just a bonus!)

I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with additional certifications in Holistic Nutrition and Functional Fitness. I’ve worked with children, young athletes, adults, and seniors on goals ranging from athletic performance and weight change to injury prevention, recovery, and managing chronic health challenges.
